Procedure

1. In your UBK Markets account in the “Add Funds” section, choose to add funds via Skrill by clicking the “Select” button.
2. In the pop-up window, enter the amount you want to add and click the “Proceed” button.
3. To proceed with the payment, you should specify your wallet from which the payment will be made and make your payment following the instructions.

Payment Terms

1. As a rule, the funds are credited to your Master account in “My Account” section instantly. However, the payment system may experience some delays. The funds will be credited to this account once they have reached our Skrill wallet.
2. Commission fee charged for a payment constitutes 1% of the total amount of transfer.
   If the currency of your Skrill wallet is other than USD, the deposit amount will be converted at the exchange rate of the European Central Bank. The payment system charges an additional commission for the exchange from the convertible amount.

Procedure

1. In your UBK Markets account in the “Finances” section on the “Withdrawal” page, choose to withdraw via Skrill by clicking the “Select’ button.
2. In the pop-up window, enter the amount you want to withdraw and the protection code and then click “Proceed”.
3. To proceed with the withdrawal transaction, enter the SMS confirmation key automatically generated by the system. As a result, a withdrawal request will be generated.

Payment Terms

1. The funds will be credited to your Skrill wallet within 1 business day from the moment of your request.
2. Commission fee charged for a payment constitutes 1% of the total amount of transfer.
   If the currency of your Skrill wallet is other than USD, the withdrawal amount will be converted at the exchange rate of the European Central Bank. The payment system charges an additional commission for the exchange from the convertible amount.

Important Information

UBK Markets Company reserves the right in terms of safety to carry out additional steps to confirm the Customer’s identity based on the information specified during the account registration and the photocopies/scanned copies of supporting documents. If during the verification Customer’s real data do not match the data specified during the account registration, an access to real funds can be partially or fully blocked.
